As the tester display appearsafter a delay due to the functional
principle of the unit, do not shift through the positions too quickly.
2. Check MFSwith wiring.
To do this, pull off the Tiptronic control module connector
and test the MFSfor continuityaccording to the table.
Ohmmeterdisplay:
-= Open circuit
0 = Continuity
3. Check MFS withoutwiring.
To do this, disconnectthe MFS connector and test the MFS
for continuityaccording to the table.
