Use the Porsche System Tester 2 (Control modules/ldentification) to check whether the prescribed control module is installed. (Refer to the parts catalog for details of the allocation.) 2. Check whether ground is connectedto control module connector pin 12. If this is the case, the control module is faulty. 3. Check wire from control module connector pin 12 to ground point 9 for open circuit.
