General information
Function of auto recirculation
At outside temperatures of > 26 aG,following Switch-on conditions for engine
an initial system ventilation time of 30 seconds, compartment fan
the program switches to recirculation mode
in order to accelerate the cooling phase. The engine compartmentfan is switched
on when the engine compartment
Control of the air-conditioning compressor temperature is > 80 °C
Activation of the air-conditioningcompressor or
depends on the outside temperature, intake
air temperature and coolant temperature. the coolant temperature is > 102 DC.
Activation: -Outside temperature?: 5 DC After-running of engine compartment fan
-Intake air temperature> 3 °C If the ignition is switched off and the engine
compartmenttemperature is more than 60 °C, -Coolant temperature < 115 DC
the DME control module remains in readiness
-Ignition on for another 20 minutes. During this time, the
engine compartmenttemperature is retrieved
The air-conditioning compressor is switched every 10 seconds. If the engine compartment
on 7 seconds after the engine is started, temperature is > 85 oCrthe engine compartment
at the earliest. fan is switched on for 20 seconds. If the engine
compartmenttemperature is still> 85 °C after
Switch-on conditions for coolant this time, the fan remains on for a further
or condenser blower motors 30 seconds.
Stage 1 is switched on when the coolant
temperature is > 100 °c
or
there is an A/C demand, the intake air
temperature is > 8 °C and terminal 15
is switched on.
Stage 2 is switched on when the coolant
temperature is > 105 °C
or
the refrigerant pressure is > 16 bar.
