911 Turbo (996) Instrument cluster K20 90 90-17Fault code 9123 Oil level Diagnostic conditions • Evaluation after triggering of oil level measurement in the on- board computer Possible cause of fault ♦Sensor for oil level indicator faulty ♦Short circuit to voltage/ground or open circuit in the wiring between the sensor for oil level indicator and instrument cluster Note! ♦The fault code 9123 is entered after the oil level measurement is triggered in the event of a fault. The warning "oil level indication failure" is emitted at the same time in the display of the instru- ment cluster. ♦After the cause of the fault has been remedied, the oil level measurement must be re-triggered.
