Diagnosis conditions
• Engine running
• Battery voltage greater than 7 V
• Air conditioning on

♦Short circuit to ground in wiring
Affected terminals
Terminal IV/27
Diagnosis/troubleshooting

1 Check control wire for A/ ♦Remove A/C relay ∞ Ω Repair wiring har-
C relay, Pin 2 (terminal → End ness ♦Remove DME control module
85), for short circuit to → End connector
ground
♦Measure resistance between Pin
2 (terminal 85) and ground
