1. Removeseal.
Removethe seal between cylinder and
cylinder head. Do not use the seal again

4. Replacesealing rings.
Removeand replace the three sealing rings
(two in the cylinder,one on the bushing),

2. Take cylinder from crankcase.
Carefullypull the cylinder out of crankcase.
Make sure that the pistons and the piston
rings are not damaged.
3. Press cylinder out.
Press the cylinder bushing out from below
with special tool No. 9660.
