Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1Original post

I've reviewed the articles on the bumperette removal, but haven't seen any photos of the bumper post mod? Can someone post one or two. Thanks,

POST 2Original post

thats cause there isnt one. you gotta replace the whole bumper if you wanna get rid of them, like the european rear end. also, those shock absorbing arms that are riveted in have to come out as well, which if you read through the article it mentions aint gonna be no cake walk...good luck. if you figure out a way to do it and a cheap and easy replacement definitely let us know. Ahh....good point. I knew the supports had to go, but was wondering whether there were 'caps' that could be placed in the openings. No need to pursue this one.
