Hi all, Quick question... does the alarm or the central locking mind if I take the headlights out for a day or so? Want to give them a refurb. 2004 C2.2 Cheers Dave

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

No, but for the avoidance of doubt (in case of any prying online eyes who are planning on helping themselves to someone's litronics!) they cannot be removed without access to the frunk. I'd recommend covering the headlight space too while they are out, or you may end up with water getting into places it shouldn't.
Great thanks. Car will be undercover during the operation. Cheers Dave
Tuck away the emergency latch release too
