Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

A diagnostic check with a PST2 or PIWIS tester by an indy or OPC should tell you what's wrong. It is the interior motion sensor up by the interior light. The tilt sensor is either next to the battery (on early cars) or under the passenger seat (on later cars). If the problem is with the interior sensor, you can disable it by double-locking the car with the key or remote. You will get a beep from the alarm horn and the indicators will rapid-flash to confirm it is disabled.
thankyou richard i will try that regards paul.
