Has any forum user / visitor any experience of www.tailored-carmats.co.uk I ordered a set of mats for my C2 Cab, and received e-notification of the placement of order and the money taken from my C/C. However this was some time ago and I have not received the mats and the company have not responded to any e-mails I have sent, and they do not answer their advertised telephone number. I may have just been unlucky, but having delved further I have found complaints about this company with similar occurance as to myself. maybe someone has experience and a knowlege of how to get through to them, or maybe a company that should be given a wide birth. If you don't get anywhere with the number above it might be worth a call to the Enterprise Centre to see if they are even still in the unit.
Sounds like you need to call your credit card company ASAP to put the item into dispute - they will tell you what you need to do (written complaint etc). Then hopefully the money will be credited back to your CC account so you're not out of pocket.
I will update as and when something happens, I have spoken with C/C company etc. and have managed to contact the Owner ... at least by e-mail, I have received apologies and am told mats will arrive shortly.
