Hey. I bought a PCM off Ebay about 8 months ago and the bloody CD part of it never worked which was annoying but far from crucial because it was bought so that I could hook an Ipod up to it and I never used the CD player anyway. It always kinda bugged me about the CD player thing, so when I saw a PCM on Ebay I bought and installed it and it all works perfectly. Still don't use the CD player but at least I know its there if I have to. What the hell am I going to do with the other PCM I don't know. Flog it on Ebay for a couple of hundred with a big 'As is' and a full description of what works and what doesn't or something. Maybe bury it in the back yard and hope the dogs don't dig it up I'll have to get rid of it before my wife sees it and starts to ask sticky questions Ah well, things must be as things should be. G.

What did you pay. I would ask around that with a discount for the broken player.
I paid around $800 but I couldn't imagine if I were to buy something like this, knowing its defective that I would pay maybe half of that. Hard to say really.
