Just wondering if anyone has any ideas where to get one for a decent price. I don't mind if it's secondhand or a replica (would prefer it to be plastic than fibreglass though) even a carbon fibre one would be considered but would be a bit of a waste as it would be painted satin black as I think the oem natural plastic looks better Maybe someone knows of somebody who has replaced one with a carbon item and has the old one gathering dust in their garage? Any help appreciated. I'm sure when I looked last year I saw plastic oem replicas for around £100-£150 ish but can't find them anywhere now. I have found 997 ones for £40, and 997 carbon ones for £120. If I can get a 996 one for a similar price I'll be over the moon Cheers

It's basically a plastic one with a carbon overlay, just like the wing mirrors. Hideously expensive for what they are but if you want to keep to OEM then you have to bite the bullet!
