Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

1 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

This is the electrical connector that the 996 (left side if it matters) door mirror wiring harness connects into. The actual mirror switch plugs into the other side. While removing the switch I broke one of the tabs of this connector. It's probably fine but I like to leave things same or better than i found them.... any help on what part number this is / where to find? 30 minutes of googling and I'm no closer to an answer. thanks switch is in my hand. Broken connector is in center of pic. and boy that's a high resolution of my cuticles. yuck.
