I also got problem like that, problem of removing phone handset. does anybody know. please help us

OK first up you need a small pointy thing to pull plastic plug out the one in front once you have this out you well see the first hex head screw to remove. Then remove the whole plastic housing on the font by lifting bottom and moving up two plastic clips at top.
