I regret to inform you that I sold my 996 yesterday. A few months back, my wife decided that she is better off without me, so I've had my hands full buying a new house and trying to piece my life back together brick by brick. Due to the circumstances, I am in need of a newer daily driver for me and my 3 year old daughter, as I am fed up wrenching on my current one just to make it hold up. I decided to bite the bullet on Sunday and advertised my 996... The friendliness of this forum is second to none and has been to great help. Thank you for your time. Marius Norway

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
10 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Sorry to hear that on both counts. I've been there on both counts, sometimes things fall apart for better things to fall together. Hopefully, see you back in a Porsche soon. :thumb:
Very sorry to hear that VV. Life sometimes has other things planned for us. As I always say, a car is just a car. Easy come, easy go. Concentrate on yourself and your daughter. I'm sure you'll be back here as an owner one day. 911s are a bit like motorbikes. Once you've had one they're very hard to give up. All the best for the future. :thumb:
Sorry to hear that OP, think of it as a new beginning where someone else will want you :thumb:
Aye, sorry to hear that. The car is just a car but as rubbish as it might feel now, look for the positives. Take care of yourself, and obviously your daughter.
Cars can always be replaced. Main thing is your daughter.
All the best and hope to see you back here soon :thumb:
It's been a pleasure young man .. all the best for the future .
Sorry to hear that, but it sounds like you have your priorities right mate. Focus on yourself and your daughter - it will give you so much more than any car will! Hope all goes well
As with others, so sorry to hear that. The pandemic has been hard enough without extra personal stuff piling on. Thoughts are with you. All the very best for the future and for cementing a really strong relationship with your daughter, who has a great Dad to look out for her!
