Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1Original post

Hello everyone, New to the P car world and recently got a 2008 987.1 Cayman base with the tiptronic. Upon further inspection found it to be missing the rear suspension support P/N: 987-331-161-04. I have ordered the part, and it is coming from Germany and will be here in a few days. From looking at the car it looks like there are four attach points . Can anyone assist me in getting the correct hardware and torque specs.

POST 2Original post

Welcome!! First of all, please post a picture or two in the intro section (if not already) before Don starts chasing you Then check your PM / "Conversation" as I sent you a file there....plus not sure you are talking about #12 (GREEN) or #9.... If you are talkling about #9 in the diagram, based on my 987.1 part catalog / V pages, I get a different part number - they could be the same but just letting you know.

POST 3Original post

It is number 12 I am after. Just finished up my intro post! Thanks for the info.
