Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

1 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Here is a photo of the console in my 996 C2 Coupe. I deleted the GT3 forward console and want to install the Porsche double DIN classic PCCM radio. The only way to do this is to get a specific adapter unit to house the double DIN Porsche radio and have an extended holding space for the climate control unit. The climate controls will hang lower, but it's the only way to keep the OEM look and preserve the forward console deletion. Does anybody know where I can shop for the ideal adapter to do this? I'm also open to ideas or alternatives.
