Not the usual "Is it worth fitting the conversion on my 98 C2 and how do I do it?" question! I now know that it is extremely worth doing and followed Jeff's excellent instructions here which made it a very easy job. Parts at £105 delivered from Aceparts :thumbs: Driving with these is so much better than the originals. My question is about turning them on. When I switch them on at night, there is an immediate, and very quick, flash of at least full intensity. They then come on to full power in about 5 - 10 seconds. Is this normal? I don't want to damage the bulbs or fittings in any way if there is some sort of problem. Comments and opinions would be very welcome as it is the first time that I have had experience of HID lights.
