Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi, can anyone tell me the interior colour code for Metropole Blue on a 996? From what I can see there are potentially two codes G10 and G13? I have attached my vehicle indent from my service book but can't tell what interior colour code applies. TIA https://app.photobucket.com/u/Kersidan

POST 2Original post

EX = Full Leather ET = Standard Leather I think the G numbers refer to the other parts of the seat eg. anything in leatherette or cloth material.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks mine is EX but I need to tell Glyptone the exact colour reference for the Metropole Blue interior i.e. G10 or G13. Otherwise they have suggested I cut a sample of the interior to send to them... which is nigh impossible without ruining something. :frustrated:

POST 4Original post

G10 was a leatherette code for pre-Y2000 cars I would have thought the EX is what Gliptone need. If they also want a G code I'd go for G13.

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

:thumb: based on mine being a 2003 I'll go for G13. It's only for some renovation dye for a couple of scratches so not the end of the world I it's wrong. Mark

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
