I hope Boxster S people are welcome here. Most of the 987 boards are kinda slow and lame I've found alot of good info here. Keep up the good work

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

We like all things Porsche. Welcome.
If they let me hang out here, I don't think you'll have any problems!
:wrong: Somebody call SECURITY! just kidding Welcome!
Thanks guys I should be installing an AWE catback soon and have some input to pass on I even ordered a club t-shirt.....very cool almost makes me want to trade for a crock
Welcome to the "Not a real Porsche" forum.....j/k
Welcome on board.
Hi, type987s. As a recent 987 Boxster owner and more recent arrival to The Cayman Club, may I welcome you. I'm new to all things Porsche, but I've considered the slowness of a certain Boxster board I like. I know you cited "987 boards", not 'Boxster boards', but: I suspect it's that the Boxster is a mature platform and familiar concept by now. It's not that it no longer commands enthusiasm or even fanaticism, but culturally it is a norm. The Cayman, however, is a Brand New Thing. I imagine that especially for the Porsche faithful, the Cayman is the first truly exciting development that one might hope to own, since... well, since the Boxster. See you online. Snaxster
Welcome to the forum
Still think you should remove the Welsh flag...... Silent Will !!!:wall: :naughty::crazy:
Welcome to the board! The only stipulation is that we will furthermore refer to your Boxster as a Cayman convertible.
Welcome aboard! 987/Boxsters/Caymans are all brothers.
Hello everyone, I too have a 987 Boxster S and have been a member since 3 months ago... I love this forum, everything posted here works for my car too! Cant wait to sell my 987s and get a cayman s (just a couple of months away). Cheers! Alan
I can't wait till Porsche AG comes out with a Cayman Convertible. Now that would be cool
But what if the Cayman cabriolet is price above the Cayman coupe? I have a Boxster and Dolce di Mama has the Cayman S. I hope Boxster owners are welcome or I'll have to resign my high-paying moderator gig. -James
I can say one thing, when I get rid of the convertible “bug” there will be a crock in my driveway.
WELCOME!
Boxter owners are welcome just as long as they don't say their rear fenders are better looking.
The Winding Road claims there will soon be a glass topped Cayman. This will add weight, right where you don't want it -- why can't PAG give us an aluminum or carbon fiber top? -- and cost but also add daylight to the interior and a view of the heavens for the driver and passenger.
