Hi was wondering if any one can shed some light on the cause of my roof not shutting properly, The seals above the rear quarter windows drop out of the guides. So on both sides of the car the roof seals of the fabric part of the roof come out over the plastic section of the roof frame rather than staying in the guides when its shut. I have to manually guide the seals/roof in on each side when I am closing the roof so it stays within roof frame. Is this down to some type of tensioner being loose. Any one know the cause of this and how to solve it. Thanks H My car is 996 c2 on 52 plate. Oh buy the way had my clutch done at local garge called Martin Billings Automotive, he charged £500 all in which I thought was quite good, his does do all service work too. He's not a specialist but does prep rally cars so he knows what hes on about. So if your in the West Midlands and want his No. drop me line.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

send roof back so its a foot away from screen the look under the canvas, you will see where it is or was connected to side od frame via screw. it connects to this then through a ribbing in canvas...
