Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Really pleased with quality would definitely recommend!! I originally wanted the standard Crossover cats at £499 but these are out of stock for 4/5 weeks, I spoke with a really sound guy at Topgear who said he would do me a deal on the Xpipe version. Retailing at £799 he discounted to £550 delivered 👍 Ended up fitting all new sensors from design 911 for £200 and a couple of retaining clamps for £10 (pair). My exhaust sleeves were new so they went straight back on. New M10 nuts for the heat shield and afew pan head screws for the bumper! Sold my old cats (with sensors) on ebay in 10 mins! £449 😅 https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ZV2if40rMb0

They look great, but unless it's just the sound on my phone, the YouTube clip Makes it sound like a tractor! Better sound clip needed. :thumb:

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

POST 11Original post

:yeah: Car looks nice. Don't make it a 'wish-it-was". Bit tragic. :hand: People who don't know 911s won't know what a GT3 is and folk who do know what a GT3 is will know instantly it isn't one. So the car is spoilt and for no one. Sounds ok but the Topgear stuff is too loud depending on what components you have. My mate has, manifolds, X-pipe and switchable boxes. Floor it with the valves open and it just sounds bloody awful from outside. In fairness though it's hard to get a great sound from the 3.4. The 3.6 sounds gorgeous by comparison.

POST 12 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Nah I quite like it annoys the purists 👍🤣

POST 13 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Cheers it's is a great car, and wants for nothing! The badge was on when I purchased so wasn't a choice I made. Seems you didn't notice mines a 3.6 🤣🤦"â™‚️ not a 3.4 (for people who don't know there 911s) see my taco spolier through you off 😉 I'd say the Topgear replacement seems to be the most popular in this forum and having had a dansk and a designtek previously (on a 3.4) these are much better 👌 Mines a weekend car so wanted some more volume, depends what your after!

POST 14Original post

Ha, fair do's. I only looked at the Mk1 wing. 3.6's usually sound great but there can be a lot lost in a video. You still need to lose that badge though.

POST 15 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Let you off 😉, can only think it has the mk1 wing because the mk2 is about 4/5k 🤦"â™‚️ TBF in sound better once it's moving. I'll consider the badge lol, (Carrera or 911😏)
