Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

What a better way to celebrate my 50th lap but in a 996TT? Over the years I attended in my M3 and M5 and was chuffed to bits with my 911. Whats all this talk of 911's understeering because the engines in the back? Nonsense! The Porsche chassis balance is perfect and for once I was able to keep up with Sabine in the 'ring taxi Only came off once, caught the kerb yards after the mini-karussel and launced the car onto the gravel. Just need a new front aerokit spoiler and some exhaust mounts :nooo: The second time in 5 years i've ever left the track, whoever was videoing from the tree line in Adenau Forest, please don't post it on youtube!! To everyone going this weekend, have fun 8)

POST 2Original post

Nice one! I'm off to the ring on the 30th May for a long weekend. Just as a passenger this time, but hopefully if I manage to buy a 996TT in the next few weeks, I'll be able to make the trip in that too. Whether I could keep up with Sabine in the taxi, well that I doubt! :worship:

POST 3Original post

Top man. There seem to be spaces in the car park! What day/time was that!?! I managed to keep up with the M5 taxis for at least oooh 1 km

POST 4Original post

I am so jealous, I really wish I had the time free to have come with you although I would have never kept up with your car and it's blowers  Need to sort out coming over to sort the tyres and your rattle (you've probably incurred a few more now!)

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Noooo, twas at motorway services. Ring car park was as usual rammed to the hilt :frustrated:

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

If anyone could point me in the right direction to purchase a front aerokit spoiler for my 996tt then that would be great

POST 7Original post

I was going to PM you, I think Ebay is the best place.
