Nope, you need the Mobridge conversion (can't recall if they work on the CDR series?) http://911uk.com/template.php?page=169 Or get a Becker Grand Prix 7990 which works with iPod and benefits from a much better RDS system

Nope. And IIRC the CDR23 is for MOST (optical data bus) cars and the CDR22 not: chances are that you will not be able to do a straight swap without some pain either. Someone a bit more familiar with the audio systems will doubtless be along soon to clarify...?
