Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

This doesn't have any details, but says it is part number 996 343 701 90 which is the part number for the GT3 front sway. Could this be true, or am I missing something? It is less than half the price of what the GT3 bars usually go for: http://www.pcars.com/porsche_parts/shop.php/porsche/carrera-2/4/turbo-996-/suspension-steering-system/stabilizer/p_137032.html

POST 2Original post

That is the right bar, good find. I'm sure they'll sell a ton, to bad the adjustable drop links aren't at the same price.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Will the 996 front drop links fit the 986w/GT3 swaybar? Part #'s 996-343-070-04 and 996-343-069-04 These are 30% cheaper than the Tarrett links. I've also heard bad things about the AP links (~$200) breaking under load.

POST 4Original post

Buy the Tarret links - they are worth the money!
