Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

1 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I know was looking for early cars and LHD at that, but my views have softened whilst looking. After looking around for a while i tried a '98 996 C2 with a lovely sounding sports exhaust, low mileage and well i was weak, my cerb had just been sold privately for what i wanted and just had to replace it quickly. I can now repent at leisure and still look for some of the other Porsche's whilst enjoying the 996...or build up to a turbo. By the way the car is great, totally different to the cerb 4.5, totally different experience. I am smitten. ps - apologies to all who have offered advice on other posts - havent ignored it just put it on hold for a while. woolfie
