Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I found this member of Porsche Customer Assistance very helpful when applying for my CoA. You could try emailing him: [email removed]

POST 2Original post

Am I being picky? A month or so ago, someone posted a post on the forum, that Porsche were offering a free 'Certificate of Authencity' to club members (usual cost is around £65.00). I thought I would get one (I don't need a certificate to tell me that my car is a real Porsche) but it was free and I thought it would be nice for my service record. The certificate turned up in the post a few weeks later and it looks very nice except one thing. On the optional extras, they have spelt Porsche wrong on one of the items listed. I picked up on this straight away, as did my wife and another friend who looked at it. I rang Porsche and asked if they can send another, but spelt correctly and I heard nothing back. I chased them again last week and again, nothing. Am I being picky, or do you think I should continue to chase? If I had paid for it, I would certainly want it to have Porsche spelt correctly thoughout the document, but as it is a freebe, should I just drop it, or am I missing the point? Please note; I did not spell check this post when I have posted it, but I am pretty sure I have spelt Porsche correctly thoughout!
