Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

There is a foam panel in the passenger footwell above the passengers feet that allows access to the heater fan motor. There should be 2 plastic screws/rivets holding it on. mine are missing. I cant find in the parts catalogue and the parts guy in Porsche Dublin is having trouble too. Can anyone help identify these? I know i can probably just get a generic part in halfords, but before i do that, the OCD part of me wants to identify the original P/N. Can anyone shed some light? the equivalent part on the LHD 996 can be seen here in this Pelican Parts How To. https://cdn4.pelicanparts.com/techa...ra/103-ELEC-HVAC_Motor/images_small/pic02.jpg Anyone?!

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

You are a legend deMort! It is the same number on the 996. Even though I searched it on the 996 pc it didn't find it, so I searched it in the 997 - found it in section 813-05, looked at the corresponding page in the 996 manual and found it. It is not the in the diagram, just listed in the parts. Thanks again
