Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Suggest you check how much it would cost for a bodyshop to respray the front splitters in body colour, before purchasing that option! It looks quite simple to remove the offending plastic pieces, ready for respray...

POST 4Original post

I asked me dealer to add this option for my seal grey Cayman but he could not figure out the code. I finally managed to get the code from the online guide on the UK site. It is 557 and called 'Front Spoiler Lip Painted in Vehicle Colour' for £ 103. My dealer will confirm if Porsche will accept it by next week.

POST 5Original post

Doesn't that seem a little costly! Especially if they do it during the build, must be more to it. Russ

This is an interior option. The trim strip will be in body color instead of aluminum.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
