Does anyone know of any roof rails for a 996 other than the Porsche ones, these are incredibly expensive for something that I'll probably use a couple of times a year, you can't get enough shoes and handbags in a 911 for a couple of days away apparently.Any advice ? Thanks in advance

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Thule makes a couple that fits Porsche, not sure which ones but your dealer should. http://www.thule.com/en-GB/GB/
The Thule ones only fit up to 89 cars but thanks anyway Alex.
I've just bought a Handirack inflatable roof rack for the odd time my Son's Kayak needs to go on the wife's car. I'm planning on keeping it in the Porker's boot for any time it might be needed!
