Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

the gold does look pretty sweet on the old 911, maybe you could spray them with plastidip first and see how you like the look before making it permanent. I just did that to mine, plastidipped them matte black, looks like they've been powdercoated but I could easily peel it off at anytime. On the old 911 in the pic the gold seems to be sort of a "matte gold", definitely not metallic.
Great idea. I think i'm going to do a spare wheel that I have laying around to see how it looks. I found these as well that look pretty solid but may pop a little more in all bright silver.
Those gold wheels work on the 930 for many other reasons besides it being a blue 911. They are period correct to the car most importantly, their size and dish help a lot too as does the large profile tires and black accents on bumpers and fender guards. It all comes together to create a familiar feeling. I don't think the gold would work as well on a blue 996TT, especially with your open spoke wheel style and yellow calipers. But the suggestion to try dipping them 1st is a good one...photoshop is also an option. I think you would be better off with a gun metal finish myself.

Bronze wheels look great!
Holy ****... I personally love that! That's a huge help. Can you do a bright gold as well just for comparison?
Pemz0r... Could you do a light/bright gold finish for me? Thanks in advance! Al
