hi i am currently on the search for a 996tt i have seen 2 i am interested in.. both have satnav, aero kit, fpsh, manual and have 4 owners 1. 2002 plate, 56k miles, standard 420bhp, £32k 2. 2003 plate, 36k miles, X50 mapped to 500bhp with exhaust etc, £38k is the x50 with less mileage worth 6k extra? thinking it may hold value better than 2002 plate? any advice appreciated thanks

Ditto but mainly for the X50, you'll only spend the same-ish money trying to get the same bhp later on... Factory supplied power upgrade and 20k less miles, no brainer... :thumb:
the guy who wons the x50 wants 38k after initially saying he would accept 37k.. so now its 6k higher!
Newer car, older car does not matter too much you want the better of the two and one of em will be better than the other!!!
Depends if the car has been mapped correctly. Loads of mapped cars out there with issues.
