Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

12 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Any one know this cars history, looks a lovely car, wondering if/who raced it?

POST 3Original post

It's a replica of the 2.8 RSR that won the 1973 Daytona 24 Hour race driven by Hurley Haywood and Peter Gregg. I say it's a replica without any specific knowledge of the car in the picture, since multiple sources say the original car no longer exists.

POST 4Original post

Need the chassis number to be able to say accurately . I know the brumos rsr's very well indeed

POST 5Original post

It could also possibly be this car: http://www.maxted-page.com/cars/car-details.aspx?i...

POST 6Original post

POST 11Original post

Very nice! I was at a historic meeting at Spa at the weekend and couldn't help notice the Porsches are...well...slow. As a result, not being up to speed with historics, i can't understand the big prices! What cars would these be up against at the Silverstone Classic and other such events?

POST 12Original post

What cars are you referring to,and which races. Our cars were doing 2.47 to 2.50 around spa on high wall historic treaded tyres, not slow at all. Also most historics the cars have to run to fia specs, bhp, and classes etc
