I thought I'd posted about it here before - but can't find my post if I did. Has anyone put in a dimming interior mirror in a 987 Boxster (I imagine the Cayman wouldn't be much different)? There are lots of them available on eBay used. And it would seem the needed power source could be found in the overhead light assembly. I've run out of things to improve (for the moment) on my Boxster - and this was the next thing I was thinking of... I miss the self-dimming feature (Cayenne has it, wife's Lexus has it, my old M3's had it, even the M-Coupe had it..)

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
