Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Depending on where the leak it. Near the bell housing it could be the RMS or IMS. Or the Tiptronic sump gasket. Or the cam covers. These are the usual culprits. Take a photo and post it.

POST 2Original post

Had a fantastic time at the 911 clinic at the Reading Porsche centre. Thnx to technician Graeme and Service Advisor Carl. Graeme identified a slight oil leak and suggested that with a tiptronic gearbox it was quite a major operation to investigate. Anyone had any similar work? Ideas for next step?
