Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I'm looking for advice on the proper routing of the fuel spill drain hose, that runs from just below the fuel filler cap. I had the drivers side wheel arch liner off, and noticed the hose had been bent round 180 degrees, so the end of it pointed upwards...making it impossible for anything to drain out (see pic with orange gloved hand pointing to this). So I straightened it out so it ran to the bottom of the car, and found a circular hole at the bottom of the wheel arch liner which I am guessing has been designed for this purpose, which I fed it through. It now sticks out the bottom of the car. Can anyone confirm if this is the correct routing? Edit...apologies all pictures need to be rotated 90 degrees clockwise but I can't figure out how to do that!
