Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1Original post

Hello everyone! I just got my 06 boxster s and I wanted to put a certain exhaust on it, but come to find out, it fits only the 00-04 model of the boxster . I then realized it still fits the 3.2L that both cars share so would it still fit my car or would I have to look for other options? Plz let me know thank you

POST 2Original post

Have you asked the manufacturer of the exhaust , or looked on their website? FWIW - I haven't heard of any aftermarket exhausts that are "universal" fits for different series of Porsches (even ones sharing the same engine size/design) but that doesn't mean there aren't any (I'd imagine them to be quite simple exhausts if they do..)

POST 3Original post

BTW - Dylann, how about visiting New Member Introductions and introducing yourself and your Boxster! We love pics!

POST 4Original post

Geat pics - please include them in the Intro Message you make in New Member Introductions BTW - I'm editing the title of this thread just a bit so the search spiders can better find info to offer to people searching for the same answers..

Beautiful car Dylan. You might consider a valved exhaust with a convertible. There is going to be top up drone with an exhaust like that. If you do a lot of highway driving it will get old very quickly.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
