Morning people. Following on from my other post about my terminal lump. I was wondering if anyone could offer any help/advice/experience of the recon units from Poland? I did have a search but couldn't see anything. Thanks again.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

I'm sure about a year ago someone had mentioned having a two week holiday there and having this done because I googled them after that!! If the concern is the financial costs of a rebuild from Hartech there are other companies. Ams and strasse who may be cheaper ?! I don't think anyone will argue the knowledge and experience that hartech have and I don't think they're trying to fleece anyone but there are other options to explore
77szymon is your man. He went on holiday to Poland last summer to see friends and relatives and blew his 996 C4S up whilst he was there. Whilst on holiday a company did a rebuild for him at a very good rate. All documented here: http://911uk.com/viewtopic.php?t=135923 Drop him a PM and I'm sure he'll help you. He's a top lad but doesn't frequent here too much so may not see this.
Thanks.
