Hi Guys I have had a funny noise comming from Under my dash board for some time and it look like I have isolated where it is comming from. Its the recycle air servo, when it it open I can hear it continues to operate, a bit like a stepper motor moving back and forth. When I close it, no nose is heard, so I am guessing its a control servo that needs replacing... Any ideas would be welcome! BTW I have covered over 70,000 miles so far! Best Regards William

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Hi Guys I have investigated further, and can see the servo moving, but its on the side of the heater system, so it looks like I have to remove the whole unit? Any ideas? Thanks William
