Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi Everyone, After reading the various comments and article on the PSE, I took the plunge and had it fitted. The baffles on the car's back boxes were working loose so it was a good excuse to change. The sound is amazing. My missus thinks it's great. People can hear you coming down the road and know it is something special! On the motorway, it's not obtrusive at all when cruising until you press the loud peddle to get moving. The "quiet" button is useful especially at night in a built-up area, or when you want to listen to your fav music. Great experience so far....

POST 2Original post

If you don't mind me asking, how much are they these days? I really want one but have heard rumours of substantial price rises this year. Thanks

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

PSE I paid around two grand, including VAT and all day fitting. Not sure of the exact figure as I had other bits to attend to also.

POST 4Original post

Thanks, not as bad as I'd thought. Gald you're liking it. Sounds like a must have.

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

PSE Look on youtube and there are some posting on that which made me get one!

POST 6Original post

you should be able to get one fitted inc VAT for around £1500. We did a group buy last year at bit less than that but apparently there are several OPCs that should match that price. cheers

POST 7Original post

Unfortunately the price of the exhaust has gone up since your group buy. Even the opc you used (cholchester i think) could not get any lower than £1895
