Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1Original post

Anyone have anyplace they recommend getting exhaust (if it ever gets here from AWE) and short shift installed besides the dealership?

POST 2Original post

You may want to have the dealership install it. See Suneets issue on his "help woth dealership" thread..........

POST 3Original post

I did the short shifter myself. You can too! It's fun to learn a bit about how that part of your car works. I had a B&M, it has pretty good instructions (except for some minor issues which I've mentioned in a previous thread). I'm in Houston, and if you wanted, I'd be glad to lend a hand or give you any other kind of support.

POST 4Original post

I would love to have some help doing it but if I am going to take in for the exhaust then I figure it wont be much more to get the ss installed. I definitely might take you up on that though since i have no idea when the exhaust is coming as it was suppose to be here a while ago.

POST 5Original post

Not to hijack the thread or anything, but if people are interested in getting together for a cruise when (if) the weather gets nicer here let me know. I tend to be in the Houston area more often than not and think it could be fun to get a CC group together. More on point, mtbscott gave me a recommendation for a shop where a friend of his works - see posts 5-10 in the below thread: http://www.planet-9.com/showthread.php?p=94906#post94906

POST 6Original post

I would be interested in a meet up for sure. I know that Swancoat and Skup had talked about it in the regional forum, I travel a lot for work so my schedule is pretty full, but would love to set something up when I am in town. I would like to have my exhaust installed before then
