I own the 2.7 l Cayman , and I don't like the balck dials at all. Is there a way to change them into the white ones you have on your Cayman S ?

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. I thought the dials on the Cayman S were aluminum-colored. In any case, since white dials are optional for the Cayman , they ought to be available through dealer (or Ebay, etc).
Hi, andreigh. Interesting. After I traded my 987 Boxster for my Cayman S , I immediately noticed that I found the white dials to be less usable than the black ones. I found that the white dials don't contrast the markings as well and that they reflect ambient light at night (e.g., they will look pale green as you pass a green traffic light.) I've since gotten used to the white dials, but based only on usability, not aesthetics, I would always order black dials in a Porsche (if I were ordering. ) Thanks for raising the question. I may have the dials changed in my CS! Snaxster
sounds like you guys could just swap out your dials. A match made in heaven.
Just switch them out. Check out the sponsors section and there will be a couple of places that have dials for the CS. I prefer white dials also...they look more sporty to me.
Good catch, Fadiboy. I did consider suggesting it, but decided it would be better to swap in brand new dials, just to be safe. Thanks, Snaxster
