Hi, Porsche just issued a recall on 991S for possible fuel leak that might cause engine to stall. I wonder that if the engine stalls during driving, do the fully electronic power steering wheel and brake still work? It is good to know for my own safety, it is not specific question for Porsche car but in general since my new BMW X3 also has the same fully electronic power steering. (also new 981) Your comment is greatly appreciated.

But it's not fully electric steering. It's not drive by wire (and if it were it would probably still work until the battery died). It's electromagnetic assist, so the mechanical linkage is still there.
I would expect the electric assisted variety to work as long as you had the battery. A benefit as the hydraulic variety does not in my experience. Can be a bit of a surprise going from fingertip effort to needing to put real muscle behind it. The vacuum assisted brakes usually have enough reserve for an application or two before going full manual.
