Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

was wondering if this a 911 trait or even my driving, when pulling away at say a junction sometimes i touch the throttle and revs shoot up on there own is it me or the car, seems easyeir to pull away in second most times :?: the revs just seem to shoot up more than i hav touched throttle, wich at junctions and lights, makes you look like you cant drive and a right twat

POST 2Original post

Try driving with the AC on, it will drive much smoother. The idle on the 996 is very low with the AC off, this combined with the dual mass flywheel makes them difficult to get clutch balance when pulling away so yes it is a trait not your driving.
