Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Every time I fill up with fuel the gauge still read as before. Then after a while, overnight sometimes, 20 minutes on others, it slowly creeps up. Anyone got any ideas, do I need a new sender unit or just clean it up? How do you get at it?? Nearly got caught out recently, managed to squeeze in 61 Litres Thanks James

POST 2Original post

Might be the attached, perhaps. PM me with your email address if you want a copy of the whole thing. To get access to the tank/sender you have to remove the battery and take off the plate underneath.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
