Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
8 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

I think I waited about 3 days for a response as mega busy.

Have you tried picking up the phone? :?:

Took a while to get back to me, but can't fault their workmanship.
POST 5Original post
Maybe they are staying home like we all should do as making steering wheels isn't a key concern at the moment

Jack is slow to respond via email but he will.

Maybe Jack is a victim of his own success; he's a nice guy and done two of my steering wheels so far. After being on multiple car forums one thing that has been consistent (Porsche, Mini, bmw, Renault forums in my case) - everyone recommends Royal steering wheels. Worth the wait in my opinion. he must be inundated with emails especially now people have extra time on their hands while staying home
