Just wondering if anyone had any experience with the peddle shift conversion on the 996 tip. Found edition 9 in bolton http://www.edition9.co.uk/4.html who can do the job on any steering for £399. All positive reviews on other forums as well. Also found this thread with DCTMS and carnewal steering wheels. Both can work well. https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?t=1337179 Mine is 98, so keep having to change to manual in traffic (to drop down to 1st) from standstill. Any thoughts??

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

...I have a 2003 C2 with the conversion and it's really good to use and definitely improves the driving experience...however bear in mind that a Tip is no PDK thus one must accept the rather languid gear changes... That said I would most definitely recommend it
Well worth doing in my opinion. So much more intuitive.
