Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 2Original post

That is an old video from 2011. When that came out, almost 4 years ago, there was some buzz about it. Come about May, when the 991.2S comes out, you can certainly expect it to be faster than any current Z28. You got to remember you are comparing a four year old car with a new one.

POST 3Original post

The video is dated 08/28/12. And I'm not following you. The 2013 991 IS the current version of the 911. Has there been some significant upgrades to the 991 S since 2013? And not to bust your chops, but as is the habit of Porsche, the 991 video was not even a full lap- they started the clocks at the end of the straight where the GP track exit is, and then stopped the clocks at the beginning of it. If it had been a full lap, it would have been even slower.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
