Hello all, Have been a forum member for a while now and thought it was about time did sime posting. Thought I would post a positive and not a problem based thread. Just returned from a 4 day road trip to Southern Ireland and all I can say is what a car . It did everything so well. The weather was foul the roads are not that good (infact terrible in places in regards to broken pot holed surfaces etc) . But the scenery is spectacular , Healy Pass, Ring of Kerry, Ring of Beara. The roads were deserted and we had a great time . My car is a ten year old C4 cab and it didnt miss a beat . Carried all our gear , overtook traffic when needed , pootled along when desired , averaged about 27 to the gallon , got glances and thumbs up by all sorts of people, returned home early Friday morning in a time that shouldn,t be possible, and it is completely filthy, Great Anyway the point of this thread is to, most of all , enjoy your 996 :bye:,[/img]

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Nice and good advice
your trip Could not agree more. whats the point in buying it just to sit it in the garage and be worried about it loosing money or getting dirty. Took mine on a 1200 mile round trip to Stuttgart to visit the museum, what a blast out of the UK away from the traffic Taliban. get out there and drive it!!!!!!!!!!!
Re: your trip Agree one hundred percent. Your trip to Stuttgart has got me thinking. Thanks.
Couldn't agree more. I regularly take mine over to Austria and have a great two days thrashing down through Holland and Germany, with a stop for a few laps at the 'Ring. Stopping at Stuttgart would be great too. Got some time off this winter and would love to be able to afford a set of winter tyres to take her out there for the ski season... Saw a couple of local coupes with winter tyres and ski racks - thats definately the way to arrive at the resort!
