I have read in several places that the Turbo is more of a GT car on standard suspension and a bit 'soft' for track work, etc. However, I have to say that mine is definitely not soft - It is considerable stiffer than my previous M030 C4... Accelerating out of a relatively low speed roundabout this evening, I crested a brow at no more than 40-50 mph and got air under all 4 wheels PSM light went crazy and it was almost as if there is no travel in the suspension at all. Is this normal? :?: [/img]

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

996 turbo not soft IMO. Quite a heavy car and sprung accordingly. 997 softer than 996 std. For track work it's not too soft either just heavy up front which can make it a bit understeery, a little under braked on track too, certainly compared to a 6 pot GT3. An adjustable susp lets you dial in a better turn in obviously.
